Before starting his dream venture of A2V Infosolutions, he was working as a Program Manager at NIIT Limited. He spearheaded operations, development and deployment, compliance, and management reporting of their newly acquired Element K business. He conceptualized, designed, created and implemented systems for the automation of all the billing processes. He played a key role in creating market strategies including analysis and interpretation of secondary research data, trend analyses, targeting, segmentation, promotional response. He also managed their multi-crore programs for which his efforts are appreciated till date.

From October 2005 to June 2007, at The William J Clinton Foundation, Aditya set strategic and tactical planning, orchestrated implementation support for a major training initiative of GOI (NACO) to train 1,50,000 Private Sector Physicians pan India on HIV/AIDS within an years span. He was responsible for project management, budget preparation, development and management of sustainable and scalable e-learning components, training, and vendor contract negotiation, logistics management; contract administration, cost estimates, bid evaluations, progress payments, billings and job closeout. He was responsible for building and managing relationships and coordination with key stake holders (GOI (NACO), GENPACT, DFID, CSHA, Indian Medical Association, Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, Brown University).

Before his stint with the Clinton Foundation, he handled the corporate communications of GMT Teletech Pvt Limited from June 2005 to October 2005 as a consultant. There he conceptualized, designed, implemented, managed and measured comprehensive, consistent, branded communication strategies in support of key business objectives. He created business site, client-centered marketing materials, handled all type of client communications, correspondence and responses building a healthy corporate P R.

Aditya is an ex-Army Officer with Indian Army. Last rank as a Field Major, he belongs to Artillery and has served in West India, has participated in Operation Parakram and has served in Rashtriya Rifles in Kashmir valley as well. He has served at different strategic locations in various, administrative and operational capacities.

He holds a degree in B.Sc Zoology from Kirori Mal College and has done M.Sc Anthropology from Hansraj College. His professional certifications include PGDHRM and PRINCE2 Practitioner and trainer
