" What is ‘The Training Ecosystem "
The well-depicted diagram you would see above, doesn’t leave much of an opportunity for my imaginative greycells to weave together an appropriate story of the message being conveyed! However, steadfast that I am, would still plunge forward to render an already-not-required description of the depiction!
As you would notice, the epicentre of the web (if I may refer the diagram as) is the alphabet – ‘g’ no prizes for guessing – stands for ‘Guruvantage’. Is also now-a-days known as the synonymal text for the term ‘Training Ecosystem’. As you would’ve probably guessed it by now, Guruvantage is your one-stop-shop for all training related needs and wants. Its like walking into a glitzy mall in the suburbs which caters to the ‘anythings’ of the training ecosystem. As a user, you could have a look at all the training institutes (localised search options)...the courses being offered...the calendar availabilities...the trainers (freelancer’s too) profiles...the infrastructure providers...all at a move of a mouse!! The experience doesn’t even pause here, you could also be a trainer (freelancer) or a training vendor or even a training institute and have a view of the large and largely untapped sea of potential customers seeking skill enhancement trainings. Just when you thought that you are going dizzy with the opt ions – Guruvantage, offers you the best of web 2.0 technologies by having a first-hand view of the past experiences of users such as yourselves with your targeted service provider (effective feedback mechanism)...not only this, but the option/s to avail discounted course bookings, advance booking features, study material support, industry news and updates etc, all make the experience an exponential exhilaration!!
The concept of the ‘Training Ecosystem’ is to create mashable synergies from and by the components of the 5T’s of the training industry viz- the Trainees, the Trainers, the Training Managers, the Training Institutes and the Training Vendors. As in a web, its not possible to locate the start point and the end point, so is in this depiction where all the 5 pillars of the 5T concept are independent yet interdependent. Guruvantage, in its part could be referred to as the focal point shaping up various web islands amongst the different interacting T’s of the 5T training ecosystem.
Possibly, in my earnest to ensure a comprehensive detailing of the above diagrammatic representation, i may have created a much larger blur!
